Location: One mile north of Mendocino Village and within walking distance to Hwy 1 and Russian Gulch Campground
Bedrooms: Three -- 2 Kings each with a bathroom, 1 Queen
Bathrooms: Three -- 2 showers, 1 tub/shower combo
Maximum occupancy: Quoted rates are for up to 6 people - additional costs for 7 or 8 people. Maximum occupancy is 8.
Children: Yes. Children must be supervised by adults.
Pets: Pet fee (non refundable) and an extra refundable pet deposit.
Amenities: Fully equipped Kitchen with a well stocked pantry, Both a standard coffee maker with grinder, and a Keurig (bring your own K-pods or beans), Dishwasher, Linens for bedrooms and baths, Microwave, Washer and Dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets, Iron and ironing board, Weber Charcoal Barbecue, Broadband DSL internet via WiFi, TVs in each bedroom and the Library downstairs, Satellite TV via Dish Network, VCR/DVD, Telescope and Binoculars, Brick Fireplace (firewood provided!), Large Library with games, books and DVDs for children and Mom and Dad too, Land line phone (no charge for calls to the lower 48 states), Outside on the deck is a Hot Tub, a large picnic table overlooking the ocean, and comfortable chairs for watching for those whales.
